President of the Super Eagles Supporters Club (SESC), Prince Vincent Okumagba and members of the prestigious club have touched down Cesària Évora Airport, Sao Vincente to cheer the Super Eagles to victory against Cape Verde.
The Super Eagles alongside the Supporters Club left the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in the early hours of Monday via special jet of Air Peace, the new airline partners of the Nigeria Football Federation, (NFF) after a deal was signed days ago.
The flight landed first at the Amilcar Cabral International Airport before connecting Sao Vincente, because the Évora Airport had closed at that time.
Prince Okumagba has expressed gratitude to the President of the NFF, Mr Amaju Pinnick for ensuring the team’s travel remains smooth as usual and for the continuous support to SESC; even as he assured the team and board of a good representation in Cape Verde.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria will lock horns with the Blue Sharks of Cape Verde in Day 2 of the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers on Tuesday by 5pm at the Estàdio Municipal Adérito Sena Stadium.
