Afterwards, Technical Manager Stanley Eguma faced the media to discuss the importance of the win, managing fatigue, double assist provider Esor, injury update and more.
“Well, I think we have to bounce back after the poor outing we had in Akure, to bring back the confidence to get the players to know that we are still on course.
It was a good outing the players have their all and we managed the fatigue situation to make sure we came out with a clean sheet.”
The technical team affirmed that they had to inject some new players into the team, as a way to manage the injury concerns of the team. As well as ensuring the entire team stay fresh, arising from the long distance travels they have to embark on to fulfill match obligations.
