Nasarawa Amazon FC would today wrap up their first round NWFL games, when they square up with Sunshine Queens in Akure today.

The match day 13 fixture will kick-off by 4pm at the Akure Township Stadium, Akure, Ondo state.

The clash with the Sunshine Queens is a must win for the Amazons having lost their last home game to Rivers Angels by 1 goal to 2 in Lafia on match day 12.

A win today in Akure for Nasarawa Amazons would brighten their hope in finishing in the top 6, handing them a spot in the Super Six series for the league title.

Nasarawa Amazons presently stand in 8th position on the log, with 17 points same with Sunshine Queens who are in 7th position with a better goal difference.

It promises to be an exciting encounter as the Lafia ladies attempt to pull the plug on Sunshine Queens.
