The draws for the upcoming 2022/2023 Nigeria Professional Football League, season is schedule to hold on Wednesday, 28 December, 2022, as announced by the league body.
A statement signed by Barr Uche Egbe, Head, Legal and Compliance Department of NPFL, disclose that all NPFL clubs should take note and ensure to complete all licensing activities before the set date for the draws.
According to the statement: “Note that the deadline for completion of the club licensing exercise for the 2022/2023 season is 28th December 2022.
Consequently, any club that fails to meet the minimum threshold of compliance with the club licensing requirements will be barred from participating in the league”.
All NPFL clubs are therefore expected to take actions to revise the noted defects to their application process to avoid being precluded from participation.
The planned draws for the upcoming 2022/2023 abridged season is expected to take place at Sandralia Hotel, Abuja by 12 Noon, 28, December 2022.
