Corona Schools has announced its 70th anniversary celebration, marking seven decades of innovation, service, and academic excellence. The milestone will be commemorated with a series of events, including an Educators’ Roundtable, a Black Tie Gala, and the unveiling of a state-of-the-art Tech Hub.

The celebrations will kick off on March 6 with an Educators’ Roundtable at the MUSON Centre, where thought leaders will gather to discuss the future of education. The highlight of the anniversary will be a Black Tie Gala on June 14 at the JEWEL AIEDA Event Centre, Lekki, Lagos. The event will bring together alumni, parents, staff, students, and friends for an evening of fine dining, entertainment, and inspiring speeches.

As part of its commitment to shaping the next generation, Corona Schools will also unveil its Legacy Project, a state-of-the-art Tech Hub designed to equip students with essential STEM skills. The Tech Hub is part of the school’s efforts to prepare students for the future and ensure they remain competitive in an increasingly technology-driven world.

Since its founding in 1955, Corona Schools has remained a leader in education, instilling values of integrity, discipline, and excellence across its campuses in Lagos and Ogun State. The school’s commitment to academic excellence has earned it a reputation as one of the top educational institutions in Nigeria.

According to Sola Alamutu, Co-Chairperson of the Gala Planning Committee, “This anniversary is not just about celebrating our past but embracing the future with renewed commitment.” Chairperson Roland Abiola Odukomaiya added, “Together, we are creating an experience that will be remembered for years to come.”
