Nasarawa United Goes On Two-Week Break

Nasarawa United Football Club has announced a two-week break following the conclusion of the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season. The break, which commenced on Thursday, May 29, 2025, will end on Thursday, June 12, 2025.

The club’s Director of Media, Eche Amos, expressed gratitude to key stakeholders who contributed to the team’s success. “We would like to extend our warmest gratitude to the following critical stakeholders who have been instrumental in our journey,” Amos stated.

These stakeholders include Governor Abdullahi Sule, Deputy Governor Dr. Emmanuel Agbadu Akabe, Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development Hon. Kwanta Yakubu, and the Board of Nasarawa State Football Association.

Amos also acknowledged the support of loyal fans, the media, and other stakeholders. “Your contributions, whether big or small, have collectively helped us achieve our objective of remaining afloat in the NPFL,” he said. “We are grateful for the support and trust you have placed in us, and we look forward to building on our successes in the seasons to come.”
