The Emmanuel Egbele Annual Scrabble Tournament (EEAST) is gearing up for its fifth instalment, tagged ‘Quinta Essentia’, scheduled to take place at the iconic Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos on July 5 and 6.

Convener Emmanuel Egbele expressed his excitement about the upcoming edition, highlighting the tournament’s impact on elevating scrabble standards and creating a vibrant global community.

The tournament’s past winners include Wellington Jighere in the Premier Division, Christopher Monday in the Lite Division, and Funmilola Okusanya as the Best Female player.
