Nigeria’s Francis James on Saturday caught the attention of Nigeria and marathon enthusiasts, when for the most part he led the men’s race at the maiden edition of the Premium Trust Bank Abuja Half Marathon.
He eventually finished second behind Kenya’s Ngumbau who emerged champion of the race. For his effort James received double cheques as men’s overrall second place and Nigerian race champion.
