Afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti, was released on Tuesday night on bail, from the detention of the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, Lagos State.
The development was confirmed by his attorney, Adeyinka Olumide-Fusika, SAN, according to media reports on Tuesday night.
His lawyer Olumide-Fusika reportedly said, “Yes, Ṣeun Kuti has just been released minutes ago.
His bail conditions has been perfected since last Thursday, but the police asked for an extension to remand him in their custody until today (Tuesday), to conclude investigation.”
