As the raining season commences, Habeeb Anibaba has issued a call to action, urging residents to take proactive measures to prevent flooding and ensure a safe community.

In a statement, Anibaba emphasized the importance of community resilience and preparedness in mitigating the risks associated with flooding.

“Residents are advised to clear drains and gutters, dispose of waste properly, avoid building on floodplains, and elevate electrical appliances and valuables”.

He also encouraged residents to stay informed and alert, support community clean-up initiatives, and report flooding incidents promptly to the appropriate authorities.

Habeeb Anibaba, who has express his desire to be the next Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA further opined that: “By working together, residents can significantly reduce the risk of flooding and ensure a prosperous Ejigbo”.
