Team Nasarawa female Karate athlete, Chioma Ani, has just won Gold Medal in the Women’s +68kg category.

She defeated her Edo State counterpart, Rahmat Momoh, to clinch Nasarawa State’s first Gold Medal at the ongoing 20th National Sports Festival holding in Edo State.

Team Nasarawa has now won five medals so far, four of which are bronze.
