Tarilayefa Bekefula wins first Gold for team Nigeria at the ongoing 2023 African Wrestling championships in Tunisia by dispatching her Egyptian counterpart Sabah Soliman Khamis 10-0 in the final of the Junior category.
Bekefula a native of Eniwari community, Bayelsa State had dominated all her Tunisian, South African and Algerian opponents by technical superiority of combined 42-2 domineering performance.
