Sevilla have confirmed the signing of Manchester City playmaker Samir Nasri on a season-long loan.
According to Daily Mail the 29-year-old flew to Spain on Tuesday night and the La Liga side held discussions with City sporting director Txiki Begiristain, who has been stationed at the club’s training ground.
Sevilla said they were ‘trying to close a deal’ for Nasri just a few hours ago and have now confirmed the move for the former French international, who is the Andalusians’ 10th signing this summer.
