President of the Super Eagles Supporters Club, Prince Vincent Okumagba has charged the Super Eagles to go for maximum points when they tackle the Lone Stars of Liberia in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers in Tangier, Morroco.
Prince Okumagba, in a statement to the players urged them to remain focused and go for a win to further boost their chances of making the final round of qualifiers.
“This is the penultimate match of the group phase of qualifiers, it is important you remain focused as the goal is to not just make the final round of qualifiers but to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar.
As the President of the Super Eagles Supporters Club, I want you to know I and my members are behind you, cheering and praying for you.
I’m optimistic of a win against Liberia and i want to assure you, Lagos is ready to receive you next week”.
A win in today’s match, and failure by Cape Verde to get 3 points against Central African Republic will see the Super Eagles qualify to the final round of qualifiers with a game to spare.
Today’s match is billed for 5pm Nigeria time at the Grand Stade de Tangier, Morroco.
