Nentaka Bangs is a Nasarawa United’s pacy winger and rising sensation.
Bangs made his league’s debut appearance for the Solid Miners on 13th March, 2022, during the 1-1 home draw against visiting MFM FC at the age of 15 years, eleven months, nine days, seven hours and twenty minutes, making him the youngest player in the current campaign of the Nigeria Professional Football League.
The teenager was introduced in the 85th minute in place of Ajibola Otegbeye after the latter got elbowed in the throat and subsequently rushed to the hospital where he later got stabilised.
During the eight minutes of action, Nentaka, a product of GBS of Jos, Plateau State, made two successful dribbles, three accurate passes and one interception, including forcing an attack.
His skills, quick feet, split-seconds decisions, coupled with his fearless foresight make him a threat upfront against opposition teams.
Born on 22nd April, 2006, he was the Solid Miners’ revelation during the preseason, scoring two goals, and looks determined to transfer same form into the elite league.
