It is no longer news that the NPFL Season ended in style with Enyimba grabbing the 100million Naira winner takes all and a champions league slot. The NPFL Super 6 play off for men in Lagos was explosive and highly competitive.
Nigeria’s FIFA/CAF Elite A Referee the only woman center Referee in the tournament, Patience NdidiAmaka Madu was on duty in 3 games (two as center Referee and one as a fourth official).
She was on duty as Remo Stars secured her continental Slot against record breaking Insurance of Benin at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos Island.
The Olympian Referee officiated in the men’s federation Cup final in Benin where Bayelsa United defeated Nasarawa to go into the continent 2 seasons ago.

She officiated the Super 6 final for women that ushered Rivers Angels to the maiden edition of the CAF Women’s champions league in 2021 in Ijebu-Ode.
She has also officiated in the last two Women’s AFCON in Ghana 2018 and Morocco 2022 , and was the only Nigerian in Tokyo 2020 Olympics in Japan for football and has attended 2 VAR training in Cairo in 2021 & 2022. The Anambra born Referees training officer serving in Enugu state referees council was the only woman Referee in Nigeria to officiate in the last two Women’s Champions league in Cairo & Morocco.
She was in charge as Burkina Faso defeated Benin Republic enroute Morocco 2022 Awcon. She was also active in the maiden edition of Aisha Buhari Cup between South Africa and Ghana.
FIFA Ammy has a Bsc Accounting, Master in Business Mgt and PhD(in view) all from the University of Nigeria.
Her love for Sports as a young lady initiated an NCE in physical & Health Education.

She has officiated in NUGA, West African Games , Police Games, WAFCON and various tournaments in Nigeria, Africa and beyond.
