Otunba Kehinde Almaroof-Oloyede, the executive chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, has received his Certificate of Return from the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) after his resounding victory in the July 12 election.
The certificate presentation ceremony was attended by the LASIEC chairman, Justice Bola Okikiolu-Ighile, and other state officials, including the APC state chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi. Otunba Oloyede and his wife, Mrs. Fadekemi, were seen posing for photos with the party officials after receiving the certificate.
In a media chat after the ceremony, Otunba Oloyede promised to continue the good work he started in his first term and surpass his previous performance. He commended the party leadership for upholding the decision of delegates who voted for him overwhelmingly at the primary election.
He also dedicated his victory to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, thanking him for his support and assistance throughout his political journey.
