The head coach of Enyimba FC of ABA, Finidi George says his team would prepare adequately to the CAF Confederation fixture against Al Ittuhad.

He feels positive that having to play the first leg away is a good thing. Stating that his team is aspiring to do very well in the CAF competition.

“We have seen the draws against Al Ittuhad. We would prepare well for that game, we are aspiring to do very well in the CAF confederation cup.”

He opined that the away game would give the technical crew to opportunity to access their opponent ahead of the reverse fixture.

“Playing the first game away doesn’t really mean anything. Coming home anything is possible, we just need to do all the work to make sure we play good football.”

The former Super Eagles winger says the team’s focus is to ensure that the team doesn’t get beaten.

The former Ajax winger says “we try to get a good result away. When we get home we would do our homework again to make sure we get a good result.

He concluded that it’s not easy playing in this competition but Enyimba has been there before, and that the coaches would get the players ready.
