Mr Muyiwa Otedola, the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of 10dollar Entertainment Groups, has endorsed two up-and-coming artists and pledges to inject millions of dollars into the entertainment industry.
Otedola, popularly known as 10dollar, signed the two artists at a press conference, held at airport hotel, Ikeja, on Sunday.
Muyiwa Otedola is the last born of late Sir Michael Otedola, the Former Governor of Lagos state and he is the young brother of multi-millionnaire oil guru, Femi Otedola.
Otedola said that the press conference became necessary to strengthen relationship with the media and for the world to know about his multi-million naira plans to be injected into the entertainment sector.
He said that the money would be infiltrated into song writing, song promotion, branding, script writing, production, directing, photography, videoing, editing and audiovisual.
According to him, he has been operating “solo” on a low key in promoting thousands of up-and-coming artists but this is high time for him to bring to light his big plans for the industry.
He added that, he has been in entertainment industry in abroad for 20years but joined Nigeria entertainment industry six years ago.

“Since the last six years, I have been operating on a low key but now, I want the world to know me and the creations I have in stock for the entertainment Industry.
“I have injected millions of naira into the industry to promote up-and-coming artists but it is high time to unveil my artists to the world, ” he said.
Otedola mentioned the two artists he recently endorsed as; Queen Staphire and Iboy MP.
He said that those were the two artist that he has signed to promote their songs to the world.
“The two artists will drop their singles on September 1 and promotion of their songs begins thereafter, ” he said.
He unveiled some of his entertainment brands as: 10dollar show, 10dollar music, 10dollar entertainment and 10dollar App.
He said that he would invest millions of dollar into the industry in order for he Nigeria entertainment industry to compete favourably with their foreign counterparts.
“I have supported several popular artists in the industry and I have promote, raise and expose thousand of up-and-coming artists to the spotlight through my regular shows, I organised.
“I have been supportive to the up-and-coming artists in the area of providing musical content, promoting their songs, and organising street shows for them to exhibit their talents to the world.
“I will not relent in my quest to promote up-and-coming artists to the world and also to take Nigeria entertainment industry to the next level.
“I like to deal with up-and-coming artists because they are the future of the industry, ” he said.
Otedola said that, he his opened to multi-million dollars entertainment deals through public, private partnership(PPP) to grow Nigeria entertainment industry.
